Social Assistance
It is essential for us to be able to help you with your social security arrangements and to ensure you are in a position to attend your French lessons.
Our social worker is here to support you. Following a one-to-one interview and depending on your situation and your request, she will provide you with information, refer you to specialist services or assist you with external procedures. If you need it, she will arrange further appointments and provide you with regular support.
Who is it for ?
Our social worker can assist anyone who participates in our courses and/or lives in the Béguinage/Dixmude neighborhood.
If the person is already receiving social support from the CPAS (Public Social Welfare Centre) or any other organization, our social worker will only take action if necessary and will work in collaboration with their case manager.

When ?
From Wednesday to Friday, our social worker offers one-to-one consultations to participants enrolled on our French language courses and provides support with certain administrative procedures.
